Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products - freshly prepared meals and perishable foods - a right of cancellation is excluded in accordance with the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR). These products cannot be returned or exchanged as they are not suitable for return.

In the event that the delivered products have defects, there is a right of complaint. In accordance with Art. 197 of the Swiss Code of Obligations, you are entitled to complain about defective goods immediately, but at the latest within 24 hours of receipt. It is recommended that you describe the defect in detail and enclose photos as evidence.
